Not a great spectacle this one. Played in good spirit but, with lots of players still getting to know names and faces, a lack of formation and position were causing errors.A last-minute pre-match discussion saw both managers pick both sides and share players out, while still only ending up with 10 a-side. Credit to the lads who swapped and played on both teams!
Highlights from the game; An unknown Scottish Gypsy (pictured) scored a hat-trick for the Admiral, and muscle man Jon Callaway (who had kindly offered to change sides) helped himself to a long-range effort which was watched carefully into the corner of the net by experienced keeper/manager Scott Bennison. The home side could only manage a consolation goal in reply.
